Greeted new and returning members as they checked into the gym. Maintained   organization of the front desk area, answered multiline phone, and completed clerical work as needed. Efficiently marketed and sold different levels of memberships to new and returning members. Ensured member satisfaction by making sure everything was swiftly taken care of if there was a problem.

Carefully supervised 25-35 kids at a single time creating a safe environment exercising skills in patience, attention to detail, and de-escalation. Provided snack and a state curriculum while also assisting them with assignments for subjects such as math or reading.
